Casino Mystery Shops: The Evaluator would stay on Property for one of two nights and document wait times, greetings, knowledge of property amenities, and overall friendliness. Departments to be evaluated: Hotel Reservations, Valet, Bellman, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security, Players Club, all Food and Beverage, Table Dealers, Slot Attendants, etc.
Hotel Mystery Shops: The Evaluator would stay on Property for one or two nights and evaluate overall customer service. Departments to be evaluated: Hotel Reservations, Valet, Bellman, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, Spa, all Food and Beverage, Pool Outlets, Pools, Fitness Center, etc.
Food and Beverage Integrity Audits: The Evaluator would evaluate food and beverage outlets and pay with cash. They would notate what items were ordered, pay with cash, and see where the cash is placed. See if a receipt was offered and evaluate customer service.
